Response to email question about the mid-Atlantic earthquake predicted for Feb. 25th, 2011:

Occasionally on predictions that were to occur we can experience what seems to be a mistake of prediction. In such cases what can and does occur is, forces are exerted on Earth to alter or change what could have been an Earth disturbance-all in the name of either moving pressures elsewhere on the Earth to minimize change overall or in the name of delaying or releasing pressures in one place to put relief in the total planetary disturbances in general. In the specific case referred to, lava under the “trench” north of the mid-Atlantic break was forced northward to prevent mid-Atlantic surfaces from rising.

Said lava compounded volcanic activities in Iceland, thereby relieving the mid-Atlantic of the quakes expected and predicted.
